Unfortunately ordered wrong size on heated vest , contacted site & was assisted by Jay in customer service, decided on purchasing another as a great deal was offered & will sell the other one rather than returning product to china warehouse, new vest received in 3 days & follow up service fantastic, great product with excellent customer service.

I have several ororo products. I love them so much I just purchased my husband a fleece jacket and fleece vest. We will be ready for the cold.

My wife absolutely loves Ororo! She wears her nearly everyday in the winter, and has at least 2 around the house. Simply the best!

Jay went out of his way to ensure that our original issue was addressed in a courteous manner and also took the time out to reach out and follow up post resolution to ensure we were completely satisfied. Great customer device which was very much appreciated!!

I bought a vest for my mom and it was too small, so I wanted a size bigger. I emailed customer service, and Aven was absolutely delightful in assisting me with my exchange. He even followed up along my experience to make sure I received my new vest, and was happy with it. Absolutely outstanding customer service Aven!

Fast shipping but part of my order was missing. Had to contact customer service and they took care of the missing item quickly. Would have given 5 stars otherwise.

Great item and perfect service.

Had to return as I ordered one item, too small, wasn't keen on having to pay shipping both ways so a compromise was worked out and I am very happy with everything.
